A Night at The Urban Developer’s 2025 Urban Leader Awards

It was our pleasure to partner with The Urban Developer for their second annual Urban Leader Awards, presented by Zagga. 

The evening celebrated the exceptional leaders shaping Australia's urban landscape. Our Executive General Manager, Tony Phillips, had the privilege of presenting the Government Leadership Award, which recognises individuals demonstrating outstanding leadership in the public sector and civic administration. 

We extend our biggest congratulations to Scott Langford, Chief Executive Officer, Housing Australia, who won the award for 2025. Scott's leadership is making a real impact on housing outcomes across the country.

Later on in the evening, our very own Tony Philips, Alt.Form’s Executive General Manager, took out the Urban Leader Future Leader - Design & Construction (35 and under) award. 

Tony is known for his forward-thinking approach and eminent expertise in modular and large-scale commercial design and delivery, and we're fortunate to have him steer strategy, culture and execution at Alt.Form. We'd like to extend a sincere thank you to The Urban Developer for such a wonderful evening, and to Helix for sponsoring the award.
