Led by Tony Phillips – Executive General Manager
Tony Phillips leads Alt.Form’s day-to-day operations and project delivery, including Alt.Form’s strategic market entry and innovation in prefabricated construction. Known for his forward-thinking approach and exceptional expertise in modular and large-scale commercial design and delivery, he understands the pressures of site delivery, subcontractor coordination and developer timeframes.
Tony works closely with clients from early project planning through to final handover—ensuring predictable programs, rigorous quality control and site-ready execution.
By steering strategy, culture and execution, Tony ensures Alt.Form consistently meets client needs while advancing the future of prefabricated construction.

Design Leadership – Daniel Yeung, Head of Design
Daniel Yeung leads Alt.Form’s Design function as Head of Design, driving the technical resolution of every project from early design freeze through to manufacturing readiness.
With extensive experience in modular design systems and prefabrication methodologies, Daniel plays a critical role in ensuring that all Alt.Form projects are both architecturally resolved and manufacturing-compliant.
Daniel acts as the key liaison point between external design teams, planning consultants, and Alt.Form’s internal production and delivery groups.
